Your licence and offline use
Brandreforge works offline and checks in at least once every 7 days. Here’s what the licence messages mean.

How the licence works
When you activate a Mac, it receives a signed licence that’s stored in the macOS Keychain and checked on your Mac, so Brandreforge works without a connection.
The licence refreshes automatically whenever you’re online and the helper is running. It needs to check in at least once every 7 days. Plan changes reach your Macs the same way, within minutes.

- “Your Mac’s date looks wrong” or “Your Mac’s clock is behind.” Turn on Set time and date automatically in System Settings › General › Date & Time, then try again.
- “This licence belongs to another Mac.” Choose Activate this Mac again.
- “Your plan has ended, so modules are locked.” Renew from Account › Billing and this Mac unlocks again.
Refresh now
Open Account & cloud in the panel and choose Refresh. If it says the helper isn’t running, choose Start the helper first.
