Cloud backup and share links

Back up a project

1. Open the source Illustrator document for the brand.
2. In the panel, open Account & cloud.
3. Under Cloud project, choose Back up project.

The backup holds the brand profile and the captured Illustrator asset files. Keep the source document too: a copy of it is needed to restore the project.

Restore on another Mac

Open a copy of the source document on the other Mac, then open Account & cloud and choose Restore from cloud. Review the source document before editing.

Share a read-only link

In Account & cloud, choose Create read-only share link and copy the link. Anyone with it can view the project until you revoke it.

Your backed-up projects and active share links are listed on your account page, where you can revoke any link.

Cloud & sharing is included in Pro and Studio, or add it to Essentials for $3 a month ($30 a year).
