Cancel or resume your plan
Cancel any time from your account. You keep access to the end of the period, and can resume until then.
On this page
Cancel
- Sign in and open Account › Billing.
- Choose cancel and confirm.
Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you’ve paid for, or at the end of your free trial. Until then everything keeps working, and you won’t be charged again.
Resume
Changed your mind? Open Account › Billing and resume before the period ends. Your plan carries on as if nothing happened.
After your plan ends
Modules lock on your Macs, but your Illustrator files and everything you generated stay on your Mac. Pick a plan again any time from the pricing page.
Want to remove your account entirely? Download your data or delete the account from Account › Settings.
Refunds
You can ask for a full refund of your first payment within 2 days of it. After that, payments are final: renewals and unused time aren’t refunded, so cancel before your renewal date if you don’t want to continue. Mistakes on our side are always put right. See the refund policy.
